"The Natrona County Sheriff's Office wants to question a Casper-area woman whose car might be littered with hundreds of empty soft drink cups, crumpled Cheetos bags, frozen burrito wrappers, cigarette cartons, gas receipts, and -- who knows? -- some jackalope souvenirs.
She and a male accomplice are suspects in a felony forgery and credit card fraud scheme after they bought $30,336.49 in fuel and other items at local convenience stores with a stolen Conoco card over the past year, Sgt. Mark Sellers said Friday.
The Conoco card belonged to the Casper office of Klode Salvage Distribution Center Inc."

In its quarterly filing with Securities and Exchange Commission, the struggling airline said it has received so few tenders for the intermediate and long-term parts of the exchange that it expects those swaps will be unsuccessful. Delta had been hoping to exchange $2.32 billion worth of notes in those maturities for smaller amounts of new secured notes. The airline will now seek to use collateral it had reserved for those securities to secure other financing. The exchange is due to end Thursday."

MyTravel issues regulator warning

"MyTravel, the tour operator group, warned revel bondholders today that they had until Wednesday to agree to an 800 million debt restructing deal, or risk the company losing its licence to operate.
The Manchester-based group said it needed to complete the overhaul by the end of the year or risk losing the support of the Civil Aviation Authority, which regulates the holiday industry.
Bondholders, who own around 216 million of debt, have until Wednesday evening to agree on the terms, although MyTravel has contingency plans in place to ensure it completes the moves in time."
