Ohio Casualty Corp. has reorganized its senior management, replacing its chief financial officer and creating a new position to oversee all its insurance operations.
Michael Winner has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer, replacing Donald McKee. McKee, the company's second highest paid executive in 2003, left to pursue other business opportunities, the company said. He was in the middle of a five-year employment contract entered into in September 2001.
Winner, 41, joined Ohio Casualty in February. Previously, he was vice president of finance with Nationwide Insurance in Columbus, Ohio."
