"Merit and merit alone can be the deciding factor in jobseducation or anyother field. As reserving for one is in turn unreserving and unjust to the other. On what grounds can injustice of the past be used as an excuse to do injustice in the present. people like our PM when they speak of reservation must not forget the sheed students of the Mandal protests.

PM to India Inc: Accept job reservation
From: NewsTrove.com
"Reservation
Its most unfortunate that Congress and its alliance of jokers and criminals (Not that congress doent have criminals and jokers in its ranks) have again started their age old reservation card. RESERVATIONS as envisaged by those who framed our constitution should have been done away with long back. Instead of that these so called leaders are increasing teh reservation with every passing year! Supreme Court had to intervene to stop reservations beyond 49 or 50%. Left to them they would have given reservation beyond 100%."

The Internal Revenue Service is the enforcement arm of the Federal government's present unjust tax system. Citizens, both in groups and as individuals, have repeatedly sought responses from the IRS bureaucracy as to the basis for the agency's tax policies and procedures."

"Pennsylvania has some drawbacks, officials attending an annual conference highlighting the gambling industry's issues and trends said, but none that would deter companies from seeking the state's 14 available slots licenses.
Pennsylvania will impose an unprecedented $50 million licensing fee and a tax rate of 52 percent on operators, which is higher than in most states. But industry representatives were more critical of Illinois and Michigan, which recently raised gaming taxes on already-developed casinos."
